Depending on the credit in the account.

~ Is it made legally?
Account created with vcc which means legal ..

~ How many day warranty?
7DAYS (If it does not violate Azure's TOS .. if breaking the warranty will expire).

~ Can I sell the RDP / VM again?
YES

~ Can you make lots of RDP / VM?
Yes you can just have to be upgraded to a pay as you go subscription but the warranty will be void.
If the subscription is still free, the maximum trial is 2 RDP / VM.

~ If the account has been upgraded to Pay-As-You-Go, is it still guaranteed?
NO
because the free trial account that was upgraded to pay-as-you-go using vcc is likely the account isn't long lasting considering that vcc is only a one-time use
